  • Onsite and remote assistance

Our services are designed to meet your business’s specific needs, as outlined in your agreement.


2. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.
  • Payment methods and schedules will be detailed in your service agreement.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Response and resolution times are defined based on your selected service plan.
  • We strive to meet SLA commitments; however, delays caused by factors outside our control are excluded.

4. Confidentiality

  • We uphold strict confidentiality regarding all client data and information.
  • Sensitive data will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

5. Liability

  • ADROIT IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the last 12 months.

6. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Outstanding fees must be settled prior to termination.

7. Amendments to Terms

  • ADROIT IT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.

8. Force Majeure

  • ADROIT IT shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
